Admissions Policy
This policy sets out how Acourze Education assesses and processes applications, the entry requirements for our courses, and how decisions are made and communicated to applicants.
Last updated: 26 May 2026
1. Application Process
Applications are submitted online via the Acourze Apply page. Applicants must provide accurate personal details, education history, and supporting documents including proof of identity, proof of address, academic qualifications, and (where applicable) evidence of English language proficiency.
2. Entry Requirements
Each course has published entry requirements covering minimum academic level, English language proficiency, and (for some courses) relevant work experience. Specific requirements are listed on each course page.
Where applicable, English language proficiency may be evidenced through IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or prior education delivered in English.
3. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants with relevant work experience or prior qualifications may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning. Decisions are made by our admissions team based on a CV, supporting evidence, and (where required) a short interview.
4. Offers & Acceptance
Decisions are typically communicated within five working days of receipt of a complete application. Offers may be conditional (pending receipt of outstanding documents) or unconditional. Your place is confirmed once you accept the offer and complete the required tuition payment or financing arrangement.
5. Fair & Transparent Decisions
Acourze assesses applications on academic merit and suitability for the course. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
6. Appeals
If your application is unsuccessful you may request a review by emailing info@acourze.com within 14 days of the decision, setting out the grounds for your appeal.
