Fees & Refunds Policy
This policy explains how tuition fees are set, how and when payments are due, and the circumstances in which refunds are available.

1. Tuition Fees
Tuition fees for each course are published on the relevant course page and are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Fees include access to all course materials, assessments, and tutor support for the published duration of the course.
2. Payment Options
Fees may be paid in full at the point of enrolment or via an approved instalment plan. Payment plans are subject to a signed agreement and may carry an administration fee. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
3. 14-Day Cancellation (Cooling-Off)
In line with UK consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 calendar days of confirmation and receive a full refund, provided you have not commenced any assessed work or downloaded substantial course materials. To cancel, email info@acourze.com.
4. Refunds After Course Start
After the 14-day cooling-off period or once course materials have been accessed, fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (for example serious illness supported by medical evidence). Partial refunds, where granted, are calculated on the proportion of the course not yet delivered, less an administration fee.
5. Deferrals
You may apply to defer your studies to a later intake by emailing info@acourze.com. One deferral is normally permitted per enrolment, subject to availability and an administration fee.
6. Non-payment
Failure to maintain agreed payments may result in suspension of access to the learning platform and withholding of certificates until the account is brought up to date.
